Wepa Support

This page is meant to provide a reference for support staff regarding Technical Support of Wepa printer kiosks. It does not provide general information or instructions on use. For such info, please see the Wepa Printing Guidance.

Wepa Alerts

If there is a critical issue that prevents a kiosk from printing such as:

  • The printer is out of paper or jammed,
  • station has no network access,
  • toner is exhausted,
  • or other maintenance is needed,
a Red Alert email is sent. The message comes from dispatch@wepanow.com to the grossmont.studentprinting group. There are several members of that group.

*Note: Less severe issues will generate a Yellow Alert. Immediate intervention is not required but if left unaddressed, the issue will eventually become critical.

Less complex issues may be resolved locally. For example if the cover is left open, or a cable became unplugged.

Complex issues such as a non-functioning touchscreen, startup, or authentication issues, will require Wepa support.

Contacting Wepa Support

Wepa support may be contacted via any of the following methods:

When contacting support, you should provide the campus from which you are reaching out and the printer kiosk name. Failing that, you must at least have the building number/location. For reference, each campus has five kiosks.
