Global Studies is an interdisciplinary program focused on the complex interconnections between peoples, cultures, economies, politics, and the environment at a GLOBAL SCALE. Students concentrate on understanding the historical and contemporary phenomenon of globalization in all aspects to make sense of our increasingly interconnected world. Economic inequality, cultural confrontation, international migration and human trafficking, resource extraction, global governance, environmental disasters, transnational conflict -- It’s time to become a global citizen, tackle real-life critical issues and make a difference in the world!
