Reset Self-Service Password

This page contains instructions on how to reset your Self-Service login, should you forget your password. These instructions apply to students, faculty, and staff.

Reset Your Password

If your account is not locked you may reset your password using the procedure below:

  1. Open your browser and navigate to the Self-Service homepage at: selfservice.gcccd.edu.
  2. Below the username and password entries, find the Forgot your... password option:
  1. Read the instructions presented.
  2. Fill in your information and then Submit:
  1. If your submission is successful, you may receive an email with further instructions.

Account is locked or email not received

If you encounter difficulties resetting your Self-Service password, or an error indicating you are locked out please contact Admissions and Records. On the Enrollment Help Desk page you may choose Ask on Zoom to be connected with someone that may assist. You can also contact Admissions by phone at (619) 644-7186, or send an email to Admissions at grossmont.admissions@gcccd.edu.
