Students who are low-income students who are residents of Mexico may apply for this I-20 category which allows them to attend a college or university in the U.S. that is within 45 miles (approximately 72 kilometers) of the U.S. / Mexico border.
F-1 Visa Border Commuters students may attend Grossmont College as full-time or part-time students.
Students must abide by the following rules:

Students must submit the AB91 - Nonresident Tuition Exemption Affidavit. This form serves as proof that you meet the requirements for a non-resident tuition exemption and agree to the process of commuting from Mexico to Grossmont College only coming into the USA on days you have class.
