How do I ask a Counselor a quick question?
Our Transfer Center Counselors are here to help. If you have a quick question, you
can:
- Submit your question via e-Counseling. Please note e-Counseling* response time will depend on the number of questions
in the queue.
Depending on the question you have, you may be referred to make an appointment with
a counselor.

*Note we are responding to e-Counseling during regularly scheduled business hours and depending
on the number of communications received could take several business days to address.
How do I schedule an appointment with a Counselor?
Our Transfer Center Counselors are available for appointments. Transfer Counseling
appointments can be made for transfer planning, comprehensive ed plans for transfer
to a university, university admission appeals, and other transfer-related needs--we
want to answer your questions!

How can I contact a university's admissions representative?
University representatives from the UC, CSU and private/independent universities are
regularly available to meet with students for individual appointments or group information
sessions. Find out more on our Connect with University Representatives webpage!
You are also invited to attend our Transfer Fairs and connect with universities in
attendance. We have a transfer fair each fall and spring. Check out details on our
Events and Workshops webpage!
