Drop-in counseling services include:
- 1 to 2 semester education planning (Abbreviated Education Plan)
- Consortium Agreements
- General Petitions for Late Withdrawal
- Quick Questions not related to long-term planning
- Help with Placement Results
- Pass/No Pass Requests
- Unit Overload Petition

Drop-in are held at the Counseling Center in building 10-162. View the campus map for more information. Students must be present on campus to access this service. Students will be placed on a waiting list to be called by
a Counselor.
Virtual
Meet with a counselor via Zoom, an online meeting platform that works on computers,
smart phones, or tablets.
Instructions for Virtual Drop-in:
- Please log in to the portal and select "Drop-in" then click on "Virtual Drop-in via Zoom" option. A counselor will email you a private Zoom link when they are ready to meet
with you.
- We also recommend that you check your spam/junk folder while waiting for the Zoom
link.
- If the Drop-in section is grayed out, this means the service is at capacity.
Prefer a phone call?
Follow the instructions for Virtual Drop-in and add your phone number into the comments
box. A counselor will call you.
During busy registration periods, appointment availability is very limited, but drop-ins
are offered.
The Counseling Center provides 30-minute and 1-hour appointments, which can be scheduled
in-person or virtually via Zoom.
Before scheduling, please complete the following:
