Cashier's Office

The Cashier’s Office provides essential support services to students, faculty, and staff by processing payments for a wide range of college-related fees and services, including:

 

-  Student enrollment and tuition fees

College catalogs

Parking citations

Transcript requests

-  Library fines and replacement fees

Typing tests

-  Field trip fees

-  Childcare fees for the Child Development Center

-  Various trust and miscellaneous District funds

 

The Cashier's Office works closely with Admissions & Records to ensure that students' individual accounts are accurately posted and maintained. Our goal is to make your payment experience as smooth and efficient as possible. 


You’ll find us in the Student Services & Administration Building (Bldg. 10), Room 110. Our transaction window is located outside on the north side of the building, facing the Main Quad and the Learning and Technology Resource Center (also known as the "Tech Mall").

 

 

Important Info: Payments, Buss Pass, and Financial Aid

  • We accept cash payments for benefit stickers and also sell bus passes.

    Please refer to the MTS website for route information. The bus pass does NOT include rural routes(e.g., routes 888, 891, 892, 894 are not covered).


    Bus pass purchases must be paid in full. No payment plans are available. All sales are final. No refunds. Visit the MTS Bus Pass website for more information

  • Direct Deposit Forms for financial aid are no longer accepted. Financial aid recipients should visit BankMobile Disbursements for more information and refund options.
  • We accept third-party authorizations, including Department of Rehabilitation, Military Tuition Assistance, and other sponsorships.
