Week 1 8/21/17	Log into Blackboard and update your personal information (make sure you list a valid email!). Explore the Blackboard course container and watch the orientation video. Post on the Discussion Board a personal introduction telling a little bit about who you are and why you are taking the class. Reply to at least one other introduction on the Discussion Board. Skim Chapter 1 in your textbook and take a look at: USGS Geologic Time Site View all week 1 video lectures (Orientation, Geologic Time Introduction, Principles of Relative Dating 1 & 2). Take the follow-up quiz for the video lectures. Complete the Geologic History Assignment and Assessment (The assignment will be emailed to you.
