New regulations went into effect for the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 award years that may impact future financial aid eligibility for students. These changes include:
Board of Governor's (BOG) Fee Waiver academic progress requirements
New FAFSA application period and income tax year reporting
In addition, the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District (GCCCD) is changing the way it disburses financial aid and college refunds to students. Students now have the option to receive their financial aid and college refunds via the GCCCD Cash Card.
