EDIC’s mini-grant program provides seed money to assist full-time faculty, adjunct faculty and classified staff in developing innovative projects which strengthen the quality and effectiveness of the academic program and student support services. Funding of mini-grants is dependent on budgetary allocations available each year. Projects which foster collaboration between units and departments are strongly encouraged. Listed below are examples of "fundable" projects.
Examples of fundable projects:
Stipend to write a grant (up to $500)
Innovative curriculum development that goes beyond the usual departmental curriculum process
Innovative projects related to career exploration
Research leading to innovation
New approaches to helping students succeed
